Typically, this alloy comprises around 38–46% nickel, 21–25% chromium, 30–35% iron, 2.5–3.5% molybdenum, 1.5–3.0% copper, along with trace amounts of titanium and carbon. On the mechanical side, it boasts excellent tensile and yield strength, good ductility, and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Incoloy 825 remains stable even in harsh chemical and high-temperature conditions, ensuring it performs reliably and maintains structural integrity in critical industrial settings.
