Copper Nickel 70/30 Angles consist of about 70% copper and 30% nickel, along with small amounts of iron and manganese to enhance corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. This alloy boasts tensile strengths ranging from 340 to 500 MPa, along with excellent ductility and good toughness. It shows outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride-rich environments, like seawater. Additionally, Copper Nickel 70/30 is highly weldable and formable, while also maintaining good thermal and electrical conductivity, making it suitable for a wide array of fabrication processes.
